When I try to open the decompiler, it flashes once, then dissapears! Does anybody know why or how to fix this? Please help me!-Will

If you are using gvpdeco ver 1.0, you must use this decompiler in a Command Prompt mode, press start, programs, accessories, Command Prompt. A DOS type box will open.
