I'm using AS 6.5 build 552. When I set visibility for less than 1 mile when writing a Metar string it is decoded as still 1 mile. However I noticed the meters value does change. I write the visibility for example as 1/2SM. Henry Hatch

Hi,Thanks for the report. It is just a bug that never got fixed or that no one has ever noticed before. The proper visibility should show up in FS though.Thanks!
