Wing strobe lights

I think I have done something to cause a problem with the wing strobe flashing sequence. Rather than a flash every second or so, mine are continually flashing on and off at a rate of about 4-5 times a second. I had been imported some FS9 models which is where I first noticed this, but not sure what file or setting I need to restore. Any help much appreciated.Thanks, Bruce.
