I can't reinstall my MD-11 because I can't remember my regerstration details mainly pass word, please help as I have a program that I bought and enjoyed untill my Hard drive failed and is now completely useless as I cannot unlock it.Michael Pare

Michael, go to the PMDG website, click on register new account, and then on the next page you'll see a "forgot your password" link.
