atc response timing

Does anyone know if there is a way to modify the atc response timing, I find that at really busy airports there is little to no delay between atc and aircraft, responses. it just too immediate and its not realistic, Is there a setting in fsx.cfg. I know that in programs such as Radar Contact , you can adjust the timing.Any ideas?Peter
