Winds too high to land

Featured Replies

This has happened before wiht ASA but this time I tried to keep up with what was happenning. I'm flying the Cessna Mustang into Richmond, VA (KRIC) runway 34 at 6:00am on April 23rd.The winds are reported at 72kts! and have been at that speed since I left FL190. It was like landing a helicopter. I have the maximum surface winds set at 25, and the max wind turbulence at 50%, but I'm turning it down to 30% to see if that helps. I'm thinking maybe I just have something set wrong, but I don't know what. Any ideas?Bill

Hi Bill,Is this with B394?Thanks,

No, B355. Darn while I wasn't looking you went and rebuilt it again. I'll try the latest and see if it's better. Thanks,Bill
