May 3, 200917 yr Hey Jim,I have sent an email on this as well. This issue is the same one that has made ASA completely unreliable for me when it comes to depiction output on landing. As you can see by the screen shots, ASA is clearly saying that LLBG is moderate rain. After a 10 hour flight, I was ready for an approach in some good heavy rain which is always exciting. :( Unfortunately, as you can see by the screen shots, that is not what I got. I even tried refreshing the weather 15 minutes before touchdown to try to force it but still nothing. Then, 10 minutes after shutting down at the gate, sure enough I got the rain. Very disappointing to say the least. :( See the attached images. Thanks in advance,-Paul Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
May 4, 200917 yr Paul, You can try downloading Build 406 that just came out this morning. I am running ASA with FSX and just did an approach into Juneau Ak. The weather was overcast with 6mi in moderate rain and gusty winds and that was pretty much what I was seeing.
