May 4, 200917 yr ASA Build 406FS9 SP1WinXP SP3FSUIPC weather settings offTo be honest, nothing (for me) has changed with this new beta. I have lately only been flying from CYQA to CYXU to test, and in that one hour flight the weather is all over the place, as far as cloud coverage goes, looks like too many interpolated stations along the way causing problems, instead of smoothing things out. Still have clouds suddenly disappearing or appearing, visibility still doesn't seem quite right, and it's still crashing when I go to the map page, only tried one flight (new build), had enough when it crashed. Just to add, the crashing on the map page never occurred until I started using snapshots, I know it's just installing textures, but I never had a problem (crashing) until then. Normally fly the Cessna 421c Golden Eagle and since installing the latest build it's now doing something similar to the PMDG S-turns which it never did before, slightly banking left and right. Tried setting all settings back to default (used the pages in the manual as a guide), no difference. Will wait for others to post their findings on the new build and follow any advice given.Glen

Have not noticed w/ MD-11 and have not flown LDS 767 yet w/ ASA. The banking is only about 2 to 3 degrees and seems to appear w/ cross wind in climb. Vincent

VincentI also get the PMDG S turn primarily at low altitudes. The issue seems to resolve itself in the climb & often I switch to HDG mode for a few minutes until into the mid flight levels. Another build 406 issue seems to be the prevelance of cumuloform clouds above FL250. I understand that things are still ongoing towards the goal of SP1, but I was hoping that build 406 was the medicine that was needed to snuff out this problem. Thanks again for staying engaged as a development team, Ryan Kelly
