Im looking for the images that are used for the X Landings award e.g. the one you get for every so many landings, i've had a look through every folder in the FSX folder and can't find it anyone have an ideas?

Check the "Uries" folder.

The Uires directory is the User Interface Resources folder containing elements for the user shell.The rewards are all contained in the Rewards directory in, unsurprisingly, RWD (Rewards) files. If you wish to see the contents of a RWD file, you will have to use Lamont Clark's rwd2xml program, available on his web site (if it is still there.)To see the rewards that you have gotten as a user, aside from the list within the user shell, you should seek GrantedRewards.BIN either in the XP documents and settings\username or possibly the Vista programdata directory.Best regards.Luis

Ahhh that's why they weren't showing up when I searched as I was looking for just images, thanks guys will have a go when I get home
