Yes you could by decompiling the present *.gvp files and substituting all the wave files with Spanish speaking persons. Since the ten voices files uses ten different persons, you would need ten persons to read every phrase to be recorded in Spanish. It would be a vary large undertaking. Once you have all the files translated, you would need to recompile the file with the SDK compiler from http://zone.msn.com/flightsim/FS02DevDeskSDK00.asp .
