fs9 md11

hi everyone, just a post which i havnt seen mentiioned in the forum before. while some 10 miles out from runway 10 at kord a message on the fmc scratchpad stated ils untuneable. this was an oversight on my part as i forgot to install the ils frequency in the nav radio, while searching for the runway chart for runway 10 and the ils frequency, when i went to install it, the data was already in place on the nav radio. the question arose, why did the original warning appear as to its absence, if in turn the fmc was going to load the frequency anyway. i am aware that in the init/approach page of the pmdg 737 this data appears shortly before the iap, but i was not aware it was repeated in the md11. any thoughts would be appreciated. richard welsh.
