June 5, 200917 yr Do the displays come on then after awhile go off? If this is the case then something went wrong with the activation. Is the engines running? You also might have saved a default scenario with the power turned off. Delete your FSX.cfg and restart FSX. Nathan

June 5, 200917 yr I don't have fs9 but it should be here if you have XP C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\FS9\. If not then do a search on C: for the file. Nathan

Have you tried to contact PMDG support? Send them your request together with your Order ID and they will help you as good as they can.Black MFDs could be caused by a failed activation. Try to reinstall your MD11 and make sure the installer has access to the internet to validate your Order ID.Otherwise be sure to activate battery power. What happens when you enable external power.
