I added a Garmin 500 GPS gauge to my new King Air 200 but I'm tired of seeing all of those "airspace messages" !. Is there a way to stop these message from show up in my Garmin 500 GPS? Thanks jerrycwo4

If you use the mouse to press and hold the "MSG" button it will cease informing you about airspaces and will stop flashing, that is, on the default Garmin 500. This functionality is based on the actual Garmin avionic I believe. Anyone else know for sure?Mark

Oh, one more thing. If you want to re-enable the messages just repeat the process. Click and hold the "MSG" button until the status changes back to it's enabled state.Mark
