Has anyone decoded what are the specific effects related to the aircraft General Realisim slider?

Dick,Don't know if you can do anything even if you did 'decode' the realism control. For years I go read all the posts on this. Never had anyone say anything constructive on subject. Since I tweak cfg and air files I have no need for 'realism' per se. There might be some 'effects' associated with it, but no one ever described them. Supposedly it modifies how an aircraft handles. Some helicopter pilots say to set to HARD (although they don't say THEY do it..so read between the (haha) lines). So, when someone says to set it to 'Hard' I wonder just what they intend to gain (or lose) by doing that. Myself I just set it to 'MEDIUM' and just foget it. If a lousy pilot sets it to 'Easy' it don't make him a great pilot all of a sudden. If a great pilot sets it to 'Hard' it don't make him a 'More Great' pilot. I am still looking. Trial and error testing? Waste of time. Too many variables. Just foget it, don't worry your mind, and take my advice=MEDIUM. Done.Chuck BNapamule
