Brake button not working.

Featured Replies

"Brake (apply/release)" function is assigned to key "." and "Button 1" on my joystick (Loigtech Extreme 3d Pro). However, when I press either the key or the button the brakes are not applied. Oddly, if the parking brake is on, pressing either the key or the button will release the brake. In other words, the release function works but not the apply function. Can anyone help me?-Alex

the parking brake release key is the same key to use the brake so yes it will disable the parking breakis it possible you are using rudder at the same time as braking? if so the brakes seem to stop mabey that is just me though.

Niether condition is normal, either having the brake button work "one way" or having the brakes disabled when using the rudder. I wish I could help you more, but I can't quite think of a solution at this moment. If I come across any good ideas, I will get back to you.Jeff ShylukSenior Staff ReviewerAVSIM
