June 21, 200916 yr Has anyone out there had a problem in FSX after you click "Sign In" on your FSX's GameSpy ID? I can connect to VATSIM just fine, but the second I connect to the multiplayer's GameSpy list of game rooms it logs me off.Any ideas?brando

One thing I found that sometimes works: create a second account, for some reason this usually works when your primary one doesnt.
November 7, 200916 yr Yeah, sorry dude, that's pretty much all you can do. Just keep trying. Most of the time, I think the problem is the fact that there are so many people in the lobby at a time. Lets say, for example, that the lobby can only hold 10 people, then if you are the 11th person trying to get in, you won't be able to until someone (1) leaves a session and is disconnected by gamespy for leaving the session in progress (2) leaves the lobby without joining a game, or (3) someone joins a session and thus gives the lobby a free slot for another user. That's just my assumption, but I think it's fairly close. I've noticed this sort of a pattern. If this is the case, one might then ask: "Why wouldn't it just say "Sorry, the lobby is full, but please keep trying!" instead of "You have been disconnected..." The answer to that is, well... I don't know. Because Microsoft is not very nice. lol Edited November 7, 200916 yr by b108
