I may want to use the Avsim Swap Meet Forum to sell or trade ASA. I have read the license agreement and the only relevant paragraph is the following:

Distribution of this software by the licensee is NOT PERMITTED. This is a commercial product and may not be redistributed in any form without the express permission of HiFi Flightware.

I do not believe the transfer of the license from one person to another constitutes distribution. Does it? If it does, how do I go about obtaining express permission from Hifi Flightware to do so?Thank you.

Do you have any idea how long it takes on average for him to reply to emails? I sent one on the 25th of last month, that's a week ago, and I have not heard back from him. (I filter email manually.)
