hey, when you go into settings>customize (bottom right)>graphics, there should be a tick box that says DX10 preview. this box will only be available if your Graphics card supports DX10. i know the Nvidia 8000 series and above do but i am not sure about ATI radeon. what is you Graphics card? Philip

Just in case...You also need SP2/Acceleration for FSX installed as well.

I ran DX10 for 3 months because problems with the ATI 4870 W7 drivers meant I could not get VSync to work any other way. I don't recommend DX10 because so many things in FSX just don't work properly. Sure you get a small boost in frame rates but it is not worth the price in terms of flickering runway textures and incompatibility with many add-ons. Cheers,Noel.
