A crash issue with ASA

HelloI got a crash issue here, it is occurred when I start the ASA, with the build B431, I try to uninstall, and restore the original one(without any beta SP) but the problem still here. Hi,Sorry for the problem. Please uninstall ASA again, but this time manually delete the 2 ASA folders that are left behind. One is in your install path of ASA and the other is in Documents and Settings/User Name/Application Data/HiFi/ASA.Then reinstall ASA. This happened to one other users and the above fixed his error message.Thanks,
