Aircraft drops below surface.. HELP!!

Featured Replies

How can I solve the problem with aircraft drops below surface... more often in multiplayer.. Best regards Per

Uh, when you get to the end of the runway at Meigs, pull up on the stick?Seriously, your problem is probably from an add-on airport, add-on AFCAD or add-on aircraft. The scenery should "harden" the surface for any taxiway, runway or parking area. The AFCAD and airport elevations must match, or you'll see this problem. If it's the aircraft, then you need to edit the "contact points" section of the aircraft.cfg file. Find the landing gear points, and make them slightly larger negative numbers. You may also need to play with static_cg_height.

maybe I should explain more detailed :-The problem is when I start flight. Aircraft is loaded and then just drops through the surface. Sometimes it works. I also tryed to re-install the sim but it didn

Try to fly with crash enabled (if not)

Hi,You need to change the Static CG setting in the Contact Points section of the plane's aircraft.cfg file. Just double click the file and then edit it. Trial and error is the way I do it.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
