I'm not entirely positive, but I believe that it is a Cassault Racer, quite common around here (Reno) during the month of September!Steve (Bear) Cartwright

Midget Mustang, this one being an MM1.... design started back in the late '40s, lots of them built from plans and can have many variations and tweaks
