FS 2004 Press CD now Online at AVSIM

Featured Replies

AVSIM was a recipient of the Microsoft Press Kit CD release and we are pleased to announce that we have placed the entire CD online, and now it is available to you. Included in the CD are images, movies, box shots, and much much more. If you are interested in viewing the CD and viewing the contents, you can do so at:205.252.89.42/fs2004press/Keep in mind that this is the UK press CD, NOT the U.S. version and the dates and pricing are stated for the UK.Enjoy, but realize that some of the movies are huge!

Just to add, this has lots of screengrabs. The movies which were on the CD were the 10 previously released plus one new, huge, movie. Due to bandwidth considerations we have temporarily removed the movies and are arranging a new download location for the new movie. In the meantime, you can find the original 10 movies at SunSITE Northern Europe:ftp://sunsite.org.uk/special/flight-sim/Regards,--M

Thanks Tom.I've been spending some time looking at all those screenshots.Tis not good that I cannot speed up time.July is just too far away.

Does anyone know what the two *.eps files are in the LOGO folder and what application to use to open them?Doug

EPS is an Encapsulated Post Script file, it's essentially a vector illustration. You will only be able to open it with a vector editor, like Freehand or Illustrator, or some high end graphics programs like Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. There's really no need to open them, they are the same as the jpeg files in that folder.
