Hi guys heres my problem i have fsx and i installed MegaSceneryX las vegas however it was properly installed the addon doesn't show up when i play the game in las vegas and that is still the old las vegas from sfx textures i see.. .is there any specific thing to do to make it work in the game? I even added area manually MegaSceneryX las vegas from the scenery menu in the game but still nothing it show las vegas in the menu rank 1 its the correct path but whenever i start from all the airports in las vegas it is again still the old las vegas texture nothing changed i dont have any problem with the game tho everything runs perfectly but the megascenery new textures dont show up at all thanx for your helpi have fsx sp1 installed and also acceleration xI run xp sp1 sp2Intel Pentium 4 531, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)direct x 9 c NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT (256 Mo)

First, what is "sfx"? Do you mean FSX?Second, the FSX forum is a little further down the page. This is the general BS section of the site.Third, check your settings in FSX, as they are probably too low based upon your computer's specifications.

oh ok thanx yeah i meant FSXand yeah I already checked my specs in the game I tried very high and also some advised specs but still nothing

In the scenery library, delete the area, close FSX, restart, open scenery library and manually add the area. You can also try deleting the area then close FSX. Goto your Start Menu to Programs>MegaSceneryX>LasVegas> then click on Scenery Library Update.Jim Young

yes i did all u said and it still doesn't display the new textures this is drving me crazy because it really loads information in the scenery library whenever i add the las vegas scenery also i have now socal and it does the same no new texture in los angeles...I have tried to whole process on vista also on my other hard drive in case and same it still doesn't work
