FSX is not designed to use nVIDIA PhysX.Disable PhysX in the nVIDIA Control Panel if you don't use any other program that makes use of PhysX.

No need to disable it. If an application is not designed to use it it simply won't be used. Disabling it prevents other applications which could use it from doing so.
