This article is about 2-months old, but when you read it slowly and think about it, the problems and conditions it exposes, not necessarily the very low pay for the new pilots, but the physiological- beating these young people go through to be able to work. That airline is taking unfair advantage of its pilots to be sure.

As much as I've read, that seems to be the case throughout the majority of the regional airline industry. It's quite unfortunate... :(
