AI flying at unrealistic flight levels

I am using FSX SP2 with the MyTraffic FS Live add-on. Just recently I've noticed AI jets flying at unrealistic flight levels such as FL730, FL580, etc. Anyone ever see this before? What determines the flight levels for AI traffic, the traffic .bgl files or the flight simulator software itself? Thanks for any help!!Dan
