Edit FSUIPC axis 0% to 100% ?

Hello:Two CH Throttle Quads. T=ThrottleF=Fuel MixP= Prop PitchQuadrant 2 = PPPP FF Quadrant 1 = TTTT FFI can't get any of the axis to read 0% to 100% useing the FSUIPC ModulALL Axis Assignments are sent direct to FSUIPC calibrate.When sent to FS normal axis I get all sorts of jumping and double axis movement.
