September 9, 200916 yr Looking for some additional brain power and assistance.System Specs: Windows XP SP34 gig memoryIntel Duo Core E8400Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTSTwo hard drives, with more than 40 gig free space on eachYesterday as I was launching FS9, after the GUI came up a had a blue screenwith verbage that read something like...."Windows has detected a problem....."A few lines down I saw the words "ATKdisp.dll, address BF01F431" followed by other addresses. Also the last line entry in this paragraph read "Dump of Physical memory from disk 1"I did a search for the .dll entry and found it in my D:/Windows//System32 folder. It also had a config file with a string of number and nothing more (8086358217121043) and additional folder was named ATKdispcpl.dll.Over the past few days I have done some tweaking, but nothing that would involve FS9, AFAIK.I have also tried to revert my system back 7 days previously, but to no avail.Any help would be appreciated....do not want to reload FS9....only as a last resort :( Thanks,irish3
