As you can imagine, support can get fairly busy during release time. However, if you are not receiving an automated reply, then we are not getting your email, so try sending from a different email account like gmail, hotmail, etc...But please do be patient: From the PMDG web site support wiki: Our goal is to answer all email within 24hrs, but occasionally some answers may require slightly longer because we must forward them to members of the team for further review/answer. Our worst case scenario is that we may take slightly longer than 48hrs to answer you over a weekend/holiday or especially if travel schedules prohibit access to email. Now, in response to your question:From the PMDG J41 product page: Internet connection required to install product.What this means is that you cannot install the PMDG J41 on a PC if it is NOT connected to the internet, but once installed, an internet connection is not required to use the aircraft.We apologize for this necessary inconvenience.
