Kneeboard Web Browser

Featured Replies

Has anyone used the Online Center V2.0 available in the FS2004 Downloads? I can't get it to work and want to know if anyone has and how. It's a plugin that turns your kneeboard into a web browser. Thanks

I used to have it, but it caused several OOMs and FS crashes so I uninstalled it. From my point of view it is better to use a cheat laptop or netbook (Asus EEE or similar) for web browsing during the flight... :(

Did you install it in the default location or another directory? There is a servvice pack out for it too. Did you use V2.0 or 1?

As far as I can remember, I installed ver. 2 with the later update as described in the readme... But it is some time ago... At least one year, maybe one and a half, because it is the time I purchased laptop for this purpose...:-)

Do you recall where you installed it? The installer puts it in the Program Files/My project folder but I cn't get it to work at all there. All I see is the normal kneeboard. My FS9 is installed in D:/ProgramFiles/MicrosoftGames/FS9 which I think is part of my problem anyway. The installer may be looking for the default location on the C:/ drive. There doesn't appear to be any way to point it to the correct path.
