Hello all and thank you PMDG for the latest turboprop variant available. I have been tinkering with the J41 since my purchase about two weeks ago. I noted some of the great liveries but was hoping for a military variant, such as the one with the Hong Kong Royal Flying Service. Are there any plans to model this livery by you or anyone else? Also, anyone know how difficult it might be to install the Captain Sim weather radar in the missing panel until PMDG releases their patch with it? Matt

Hi MattFitting the CS weather gauge to the J41 is not a problem, below are the entries for fitting the gauge to the VC panel and as a separate pop-up window for the full gauge, but please ensure that you have made a backup of the original panel.cfg file before doing this mod.The PMDG_WXR_Toggle!WXR_Toggle gauge in the entries below is a small pop-up controller gauge I made that allows you to have a hidden clickspot in the centre of the VC weather gauge screen to bring up the full gauge in a separate pop-up window so you can adjust the weather gauge settings, if you want a copy of the pop-up control gauge just send me an E-Mail using my address in my profile and I will forward it on, or if you could just delete the last gauge in both of the sections.I hope it helps.Jim Hodkinsonhere are the panel.cfg entriesAdd to the [Window Titles] sectionWindow03=CS Weather Radarthen add the following to the panel.cfg file after the [Window02] section//--------------------------------------------------------[Window03]Background_color=1,1,1 size_mm=525,386window_size_ratio=1.000 position=2visible=0ident=11223window_size= 0.380, 0.373window_pos= 0.000, 0.600zorder=8gauge00=WXR!wr_display, 81,32,364,279gauge01=Captain_Sim.r001.P04!P04_radar, 0,1,523,384gauge02=PMDG_WXR_Toggle!WXR_Toggle, 102,87,296,211next add the following to the [Vcockpit02] sectiongauge05=WXR!wr_display, 527,511,473,360gauge06=PMDG_WXR_Toggle!WXR_Toggle, 614,597,296,211and you should be good to go.
