FSX: Stop you silly flaps and primer my pressure

HiIm wondering if its possible to manually stop the flaps.basically 3 position flap lever up,stop,down I tried using 40 single deg indents but Fsx appears to only support's 11 (0 to 10) and even then I had to keep hitting the lever as there is no repeat mouse in part xml.I also tried toggle the hydraulic failure but it was way to slow even with 1psi of pressure.maybe a custom L:var system thats linked to the flaps axis?The next one is default primer animation or a custom L:var,I would like to use it to add to the fuel pressure to the pressure gauge say 1 psi per pump of handle Im thinking some sort of stack that holds the sum of pumps for say 1min or so,Im at a loss when it comes to stacks and the associated maths.any help or linkage to similar gauges to use as a guide would be most excellentThanks for lookingWarwick
