Thanks for your help Jim. Just one more thing. I've noticed that ASA tried to connect 6 times to your server switching between primary & secondary before connecting. Not a big deal as once connected the product works as it should. Just wondering if is this normal. Thanks again for a great product & your excellent customer support. :(
