Flybe Virtual - OP's Staff Needed

As some of you may be aware a new Flybe Virtual is currently being developed with a professional website and a friendly team of staff, and in doing this we are seeking to recruit a new staff member to join our experienced team. We are in the final stages of site development and urgently require an Operations Manager. The position of Operations Manager within any virtual airline is 1st line support, your responsibilities include flight schedules, flight plans and pireps (which at present are filed via FSACARS) are upto date and correct. Looking in to the future you will be responsible for recruiting and managing your own OP's team, experience in this field is useful but not necessary.We are looking for somebody who has experience in VA management but will consider other VA experience. The successful candidate should have good communications skills and be able to work hard under pressure, initially the job will require a lot of input and spare time but this will obviously ease off to a very manageable level. Well over 50% of the OP's work is in place but we need the right person to step in and add the rest!Virtual Flybe will be operating a professional environment with entrance exams and training keeping members to a high standard, this also needs to be reflected in our staff.Having said that we like have fun and stay relaxed, this is a hobby after all!The closing date for all applications is on the 16th October 2009.
