October 13, 200916 yr Hello allI first would like to apologise if this issue has already been discussed but I could not find any similar topic.Greatly excited by some screenshots of Tileproxy water blending feature, I tried to give it a try on my rig : FS X SP2, E8500, 4 GB, ATI 4870.But attached is what I get : very cubic shores, no blending. On ground all is fine (detail, loading times, rendering) but the inland water rendering : always this blocky look.Which proxyuser.ini line shall I edit ?Thanks in advance for your supportEDIT : just to be more specific : I tried with a fresh new install of FS X patched with SP2. Launched it a first time to build the scenery library, then installed TP.
October 13, 200916 yr Shorten the blend_distance to a much smaller amount, clear your Tileproxy photoreal world folder and try againI think the photographic water provided by your sat service, is simply too bright, and ends abruptly. That is what you recognize as blocks.Christian
