Question about "locked" framerates

Recommended Posts

Guest

Whenever I check the framerates on FS2002 I get the actual framerates with a note that "(framerates locked at 30fps)". Is this a default setting or is there something I need to do to get maximum framerates?

keep in mind that we watch tv @30fps, and motion pictures @[?]24fps. setting the slider higher than your system can provide doesn't help. everything is a trade-off. if the "action" is ok at 25 leave it, and use the processing power to improve the visuals instead. it's usually best to turn the darn fps viewer off, and just fly. tt
