When you put the FSX DVD in the drive, it probably didn't recognize the data and gave you the error messages. I think all you need to do is reinstall the drivers and try to identify the program that changed your DVD drives.Best regards,Jim
October 21, 200916 yr Are you installing from the original FSX disk?The error you are getting is sometimes associated with DVD-RW's or ISO files that are improperly burned.Google your exact error message and you'll get plenty of information along with suggestions on how to fix it.
