Question about FS9 Landclass

As many of us know, FS2002 is barren in some areas where there should be houses, roads, etc. For any of you with FS9- are there more houses instead of green green green green? Like in New Jersey, I would say about 70-80% is developed, , the rest is just just farm land. In fs- it seems only 10% is covered in houses :)Information on this is very appreciated,Thanks in advance,Jason :-wave
