Display Problem

I haven't seen this yet and not sure how to fix it. I used to use a CRT monitor and when trying to access the PMDG setup program had no problem seeing it when clicking on the menu for it. I then found out that FSUIPC had a smiliar interface and now, using a WS LCD monitor, I can't access that though I can access the PMDG setup if I change the resolution to a 4:3 type instead of a 16:9.
