Is it possible within FS 2004 when on an IFR flight plan to obtain current destination weather while en route (i.e. "leave frequency to get weather",etc.)?

It is possible to obtain current destination weather via two methods in FS 2004.1) If the destination has an ASOS or ATIS, you can tune that frequency on the COM 2 radio, and leave COM 1 on ATC. You can only receive the destination airport
