Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 in FS2K2 under Windows XP

Featured Replies

I have started running a new machine I just assembled, but I am having problems with my joystick. It was working normally in Windows 98SE, but the behaviour now is disastrous.First, I used the drivers that came with XP. The problem is that the force would change suddenly. Then I installed the driver that I received with the joystick and the patch for the VIA controller. The result is different but still very bad: very often the force seems to be exactly opposite to what you expect: e.g., when rolling to the right the force to move the stick also to the right.Has anyone experienced similar problems? I hope someone can help.Regards,DomingosAsus A7V8X-X, XP2600+, 512MB, GF 4800 SE, XP-SP1

all is fine for me with XP default driver.
