Airprot Traffic. issues

...okay guys, this is totally absurd. KSNA, I noticed that some "Heavies" are using the 19L, Which is only 2880Ft long ,and, it's way to short for them, no crashes, and they ending up okay, turning to the next Taxiway... but it's weird, KSNA is my home base, & I'm G.A guy, and I'm not aware of issues on another Airports, but I would like to have some opinion of what's is going on here, and would like to know if there is away to fix this unrealistic situation.... actually there is another issue, with Ground Control, It's not typical, but it happens from time to time, where Ground is failing to control the traffic & I see the Big-Puppies on my behind or right in front of me forcing me the little Guy (177RG) to get out of their way ... which I find, rude & dangerous as well :( Cheers !Yair
