December 18, 200916 yr I purchased the Extended Download Service for two previously purchased products on Dec 16th and immediately e-mailed UPDATE and SUPPORT with my order number. Forty-eight hours later (48 hrs), still no response from UPDATE or Support with the new download links. I have written twice with no response. Why this system is not automatic is beyond me, but in the past, I had responses within a few hours.Jim [email protected]
December 18, 200916 yr I'll say what I'm sure someone will eventually,,,Make sure you are getting an automatic responce after emailing support. They have a filter that doesn't seem to allow that many emails thru (or at least that's what's said). It would be nice to see their automation of emails work to what one would expect from PMDG. I have personally not received any email confirmations for the last few times I have contacted support, yet I have eventually gotten a manual responce. Try it anyway, try another email, they seem to recommend gmail accounts in some other posts I've read. God knows why gmail works, but apparently it does.
