How to get a Cold and Dark panel state on Js41?

Featured Replies

Hi all,I recently purchased the JS41. I would like to know how one can get a cold and dark panel state as the aircraft loads with engines running. Any help would be much appreciated.RegardsIbrahima

I put together a simple utility to do this. You can download it from this post: http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtop...t&p=1656639In short, all you need to do is load my program before loading FSX, then press TAB-Q while in the cockpit of the J41. After a few seconds, the J41 will be reloaded in a cold/dark state. Let me know if it gives you any trouble.

Load the Tutorial, then move the plane to your home field.Save this situation as your startup - hey presto!best wishesKev Townsend

Thank you for your reply. I actually did a manual "cold and dark" by following the "reverse" of cockpit preparations!! And I saved it. That was before I read your reply. I will try your program. Thanks again

Thanks a lot! I did not see the "tutorial flight" as I have a French OS (Windows). It probably did not find the "my flight simulator files" folder! I will do a search as that sounds simpler.Regards
