I bought this, downloaded it, and I cannot get it to install. Running Windows 7I get an error message, cannot find FS9 registry location.I have tried downloading 2 patches, maybe I didn't install them right. I emailed PMDG, no response. Wondered what I am doing wrong, I figure it's a simple fix i am missing, thanks in advance for any replies.

InstallationInstaller reports that FS9 cannot be found or that the PMDG 737NG 600/700 is not installed even when it is.This indicates that the registry location for FS9 is corrupted and the installer is not finding the FS9.exe file where it expects to.To correct this, users can download a tool from the Avsim file library at this link Run the utility and the FS9.exe registry problem should be corrected and the installer will work as designed.

If you emailed support - you should get an autoreply that states they have recieved your email. If you did not get this - you should try again - perhaps using a different email address.Hope this helps.Chris Pawley.
