KING GEORGE, Va. (AP) - A small plane crashed Sunday in the front yard of a rural Virginia home, killing the pilot and two passengers, including a child, state police said.Virginia State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said the airplane, a 1962 Beechcraft Musketeer 23, left Fredericksburg on a pleasure trip that did not require a flight plan.It crashed in the front yard of a home about 18 miles from Fredericksburg after witnesses reported the engine ``suddenly became very loud, and the plane rapidly lost altitude,'' Geller said.No one on the ground was injured. The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration were notified of the crash and were expected to send investigators to the site. I'm very sorry to hear that. My condolences goes out to the families and friends. :-( A sad day in the aviation industry. Papito :'(
