disable default airport

hi,I mainly fly over photoscenery textures. I have noticed that some default airports are a few yards away from photoscenery airports. Is it possible to disable the default airports one by one in order to show only one runway and maybe to get rid of the plateau effect? I guess that I would loose the airport installations but for bush strips it is not an issue.Thanks
