DA Do-27 config utility problems?

HiI posted this on DA forum, but nowbody visits this forum :-(The problem is:I have XP 64 bit wit Net Framework 2, 3 and 3.5 installed.After running Do27config.exe I have got this:If I choose continue, configurator opens but I cannot save any change in settings.What should I do. I manually add 2D panel.ThanksEdin
