"FS Has Encountered A Problem"

I was just wondering if anyone is an expert or at least familiar with the little screen that can pop up in FS2002 that reads "FS has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please tell MS about this problem." I don't think in the two years since I got FS02 that I had this screen pop up more than a few times. Lately I have been seeing it quite often. I'm wondering if it is related to addons. I have been flying usually one of the FSD or Dreamfleet planes with both FSmeteo and Radar Contact 3.0 active. I know memory could be an issue at times, that's why I got 1 gig ram in this rig (P4-2.8). Is there anything that can be tweaked to prevent this crash from happening? The pain of it is it usually happens right after atis or during taxi right before takeoff, before the fun of the flight begins. Thanks.:-hmmm
