TSS Soundpack

Recommended Posts

Right i know the soundpack works reat with the CS757. But when i put it in the CS757's sound folder it wiped out all the horns and warning sounds. What i did is delete the CS757 sound in the aircraft sound folder, then put the TSS RB211 in the CS757 sound folder. Im i suppose to keep both?

You can keep as many sound folders as you wish. What is important is the sound folder's name and its choice in the aircraft.cfg file.So you do not have to delete anything. Just call the tss sound pack sound.tss and for your chosen liveries make sure they have sound=tss in their aircraft.cfg entries.Or if you want this folder for all liveries, just temporarlily rename the original one.For example:[fltsim.0]title=Captain Sim 757-200 0sim=cs757-200model=PWLWLpanel=sound=tsstexture=deltakb_checklists=kb_reference=atc_id=N675DLatc_airline=Deltaatc_flight_number=757atc_heavy=0atc_parking_types=ui_manufacturer=Captain Simui_type=Boeing 757-200 PWui_variation=Delta

Hello,

Right i know the soundpack works reat with the CS757. But when i put it in the CS757's sound folder it wiped out all the horns and warning sounds. What i did is delete the CS757 sound in the aircraft sound folder, then put the TSS RB211 in the CS757 sound folder. Im i suppose to keep both?
You can recover the missing sounds and port them in the TSS sound folder. For know wich sounds files you must port .. you can open the sound.cfg of CS757 .. and check the entries for horn or any other sounds you need from this set.You must also port from the CS757 sound.cfg the entries of the corresponding sounds in the TSS sound.cfg.You can keep both sets of course but by FS design you can only use one by aircraft (texture) ...So as writed above you must merge some of the CS757 sounds in the TSS sound set.Hope it's help !Regards.bye.gifGus.
